Redesigning Recruiter Work: What 396 Tasks Tell Us About AI in TA

November 10 | 1pm EST

Where Talent Acquisition leaders want AI, where recruiters actually use it, and where it fits the work best are not always the same thing.

We broke the recruiter role down into 396 unique tasks, and asked 227 in-house recruiters where they use AI today and how well suited it is to each task. What we found was that AI use in recruiting rarely tracks with the work AI is best suited to own.

And yet, leaders are already making decisions about tech stack investments, recruiter upskilling, and the future of their functions without a clear picture of where to scale AI and where recruiters should stay in the lead.

On November 10 at 1 pm ET, we’ll share the early findings of our recruiter task research and what they mean for the decisions you’re making now:

  • Where AI has already changed recruiter work and how that differs by org size
  • Which tasks have the most room for automation, and which are best kept human-led
  • Where AI investments may be ahead of the work, or leaving value on the table
  • How the recruiter skill set is shifting as the work itself changes

If, like many Heads of TA, you’re actively deciding where to invest in AI and how your recruiters’ roles should evolve alongside it, join us for a data-backed view of where the work is headed.
