Our Cross-Industry Roundtable series provides virtual opportunities for Heads of Talent Acquisition across The Council to connect on top-of-mind challenges – sharing ideas, what’s worked and hasn’t, and problem solving together.

Session attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with other peers who are rethinking how their TA teams are organized and what capabilities they need for the future.

Attendees will leverage the braintrust to share best practices and insights and problem-solve on the unique challenges of evolving TA team structures — including the emergence of new roles like Talent Intelligence, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Analytics.
