Chicago Executive Roundtable
On Thursday, August 6th, 2026, from 1:00–5:00 PM, Veris Insights, in partnership with Caterpillar, will convene a select group of Heads of University Recruiting from leading organizations across the region.
This invitation-only roundtable is designed to bring together senior leaders for candid, high-value conversation on the most pressing challenges shaping Early Career recruiting today—from evolving workforce planning demands to shifting expectations of early talent. Grounded in Veris Insights research and shaped by the perspectives of peers in the room, the session will prioritize practical insight, shared problem-solving, and meaningful connection.
