John graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University in 2015 with a degree in Public & International Affairs. As a sophomore at Princeton, John partnered with Carter & friends to start a business focused on researching any nature of problem for any nature of company. After graduating, John & Carter launched the Ivy Research Council (IRC), a research membership focused on the most pressing issues in early career talent. In 2020, IRC was renamed to Veris Insights as the organization’s focus expanded beyond early careers to the broader universe of talent acquisition. For the last decade, John has been working to expand Veris Insights’ impact within the 350+ member organizations now served by Veris Insights.
