As companies roll out new benefits after Roe decision, experts say to tread carefully

One recent survey found one-third of employers do consider employer-provided benefits to support travel for abortion care as “very important” or “essential” when evaluating potential employers. The survey, by recruiting analytics firm Veris Insights, found the number rose to 40% of millennials – the highest of any age cohort.
