The 2023 Talent Acquisition Mandate

We hosted over 50 of the top Talent Acquisition leaders in the country for our Experienced Recruiting Council Annual Members Meeting in May.

We kicked the meeting off with our keynote address from Veris Insights’ CEO and Co-Founder, Carter Bradley. He shared with the group what we believe is the 2023 mandate for Talent Acquisition leaders – Strategic Talent Partnership – and explored the three pillars TA leaders need to embrace to rise to this occasion:

(1) Auditing your recruiting process
(2) Upgrading recruiter expertise
(3) Establishing true stakeholder partnership
