On Tuesday, we held the third session in our DEI @ Veris Insights series, an initiative championed by Veris Insights associates through which they facilitate monthly discussions on key topics in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Jalesa Hood led our workshop on biases, sharing thoughtful insights on the concepts of explicit and implicit bias and how they show up in our daily lives. We then split into breakout sessions to discuss implicit biases and consider strategies for addressing them.

Thank you, Jalesa, for an engaging and action-oriented session that allowed us to self-reflect and identify new ways to challenge our own biases. We look forward to taking these learnings into our work at Veris Insights.
