Chelsea Schein is the Senior Director of University Recruiting Research at Veris Insights, a market research consultancy firm dedicated to helping University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders attract, engage, and recruit top talent. She has a deep passion for training the next generation of business leaders and in addition to her work at Veris Insights, she is an award winning instructor of Negotiations and Business Ethics at the Wharton School of Business. Dr. Schein received her PhD in social psychology from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and has over 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals and popular press, including Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Harvard Business Review and the New York Times.
