Anything outdoors. Just being in greenery, feeling the wind, hearing the birds. I love asking myself, how many different types of birds can you hear right now? It's a very basic form of meditation, but it stills and quiets you to a point where you have to listen to the different sounds and types of the birds. Its just magical.
