The Entry Talent Accelerator (ETA) Program at Veris Insights is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in client-facing and revenue-generating roles. Over the course of a year, you’ll gain hands-on experience, engage in strategic projects, and receive tailored mentorship to build essential skills in consulting, negotiation, public speaking, and data analysis. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll transition into a client-facing role that aligns with your interests, setting you up for growth and success at Veris Insights.

Why Join the Entry Talent Accelerator Program?
In the ETA Program, you’ll build skills in public speaking, consulting, negotiation, and data analytics with personalized mentorship and a structured training plan tailored to your career goals. As you collaborate on cross-divisional projects, you’ll have opportunities to innovate, contribute to business strategies, and expand your professional network. If the entire ETA cohort meets annual team goals, you can look forward to a company-funded group experience to celebrate your collective success. Upon completing the program, you’ll transition directly into one of three client-facing roles: Member Experience Strategy Lead, Partnership Lead, or Account Advisor.
