Allison Latham has been with Veris Insights since 2018. As an early member of the company, she has held numerous roles across the organization with her two most recent being Head of Growth & Marketing and Co-founder and Principal of the TA Executive Network. After graduating from Georgetown University, Allison started her career in Human Capital Consulting where her passion for driving strategic change within HR organizations really blossomed. Today, she has the continued privilege of serving University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders in their hardest work, helping them navigating the ever-evolving landscape of people operations.
