Post-Keynote Breakout: Discussing the Future of Early Careers

This members-only breakout is designed for those who attended Carter’s keynote (either at AMM or the Jan 20th webinar) on the future of Early Careers and want dedicated time to discuss the implications with peers. This session creates space to move beyond insights and into application: what these shifts mean inside your organization, where teams are feeling pressure, and how leaders are responding in real time.

The discussion will be peer-driven and facilitated by Veris Insights, with prompts grounded in the keynote findings around AI disruption, economic uncertainty, and evolving Early Careers priorities. Attendees should come prepared to share perspectives, challenges, and open questions with fellow Early Careers and TA leaders.
