Despite the fluctuating economy, most Talent Acquisition leaders expect an uptick in hiring next year. In 2024, Heads of TA will need to be able to scale up hiring, while also demonstrating the value of Talent Acquisition regardless of the state of the economy.
This means, to succeed in 2024, TA teams will need to be agile, adaptable, and acutely aware of the state of the job market.
